About the role
- Support the administrative and operational management of HR activities
- Administer employee processes: analyze recruitment needs, draft and publish job adverts and contracts, process applications, and carry out recruitment
- Welcome and onboard new employees and manage administrative correspondence (employment agreements, certificates, end-of-employment documents, etc.)
- Collaborate with various HR teams: Training team on training needs, Coaching team on monitoring employee skills, Projects team on administrative project follow-up
- Participate in establishing partnerships with educational institutions
Requirements
- Studying or recently graduated in Human Resources (or related field)
- Experience with administrative procedures
- Background in humanities, social sciences, or business school
- Proficient with office software
- Experience with Google Workspace is a plus: Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- Autonomous, responsible, proactive, and enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (minimum French B2/C1)
- Comfortable working remotely
