About the role
- Ensure administrative and operational management of HR activities
- Administer employee-related processes: analyzing recruitment needs, writing and posting job ads and contracts, processing applications and recruitment, onboarding new employees, and handling administrative correspondence
- Collaborate with various HR teams: Training, Coaching, and Projects
- Support the establishment of partnerships with educational institutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation
Requirements
- Degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources (currently enrolled or recently completed)
- Background in administration, humanities or social sciences, or business school
- Proficient with office tools; experience with Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) is a plus
- Autonomous, responsible, proactive, and enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (French B2/C1 minimum)
- Comfortable with remote work
