Administrative Assistant

• Administrative routine: issuing documents and emails, entering data into the system, organizing and filing documents.
• Financial support: assist with financial controls, posting budgets and invoices, and monitoring payments.
• Customer service: contact clients by phone, email and messages, follow up on requests and schedule quotes/estimates.
• Inventory: manage and update inventories in the system.
• Social media: publish posts on the company’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook and YouTube), following guidelines and the calendar established by management.
