About the role
- Litigation and advisory work on a portfolio of active and passive banking law cases, defending the interests of a financial institution.
- Preparation of legal opinions.
- Responding to legal inquiries.
- Drafting and filing court pleadings.
- Case monitoring and procedural follow-up.
- Managing judicial proceedings and communications in judges' chambers and courts.
- Attending hearings.
- Preparing reports.
Requirements
- Exclusive dedication (no concurrent employment).
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Minimum of 5 (five) years' experience as an attorney in banking law.
