About the role
- Lead the strategic direction and evolution of MorganMyers’ digital marketing capabilities across paid media, social, influencer marketing, analytics, web, SEO/GEO, and emerging platforms.
- Serve as a senior strategic partner to clients, helping translate business goals into integrated digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Oversee the development, execution, optimization, and reporting of complex, multi-channel digital programs across client portfolios.
- Guide and mentor Digital Marketing Managers, Supervisors, and Specialists, fostering professional growth, accountability, and high performance.
- Establish and refine digital best practices, frameworks, and standards to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across teams.
- Champion the application of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles across client strategies, ensuring visibility and performance in AI-driven search and discovery environments.
- Lead and promote the adoption of AI-powered tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency, enhance strategic insights, and elevate client deliverables—ensuring responsible use aligned with agency standards.
- Partner with sector and pod leads to scope digital engagements, support new business efforts, and contribute to strategic proposals and pitches.
- Oversee digital performance measurement frameworks, ensuring insights are actionable and tied to client KPIs and ROI.
- Identify opportunities to expand digital services and capabilities that drive agency growth and client value.
- Stay ahead of digital, media, technology, and industry trends, translating insights into forward-looking recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, PR, and account teams to deliver fully integrated marketing solutions.
- Support resource planning, workload management, and operational efficiency within the digital team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required
- 10+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing digital teams.
- Deep expertise across digital marketing channels including paid media, social, influencer, web, analytics, SEO, and emerging technologies.
- Strong understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-driven marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success leading AI adoption to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Experience partnering directly with senior client stakeholders and influencing strategic decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and the ability to balance vision with execution.
