About the role

  • Work with GTM leadership and other key stakeholders to define metrics that provide business insights and that inform decisions and investments.
  • Design and evolve reports to maintain stride with a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure data integrity and provide the “single source of truth” for reporting.
  • Identify productivity metrics for each role in the organization.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in Sales, Revenue, or GTM Operations, BI, or FP&A
  • Sales and Marketing business acumen.
  • Maniacal attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Ability to both collaborate and influence cross functionally and at all levels within the organization.
  • Agility without foregoing rigor and best practice.
  • A love of solving puzzles
