Assess systems against business needs, leading system implementations and enhancements
Empower team to streamline complex global workflows
Collaborate with People Team and cross-functional stakeholders for improvements
Manage the deployment of new HRIS and ensure optimal function of existing systems

Requirements

6-8 years’ experience within HRIS, cloud-based application (i.e. Workday) experience required
Prior experience leading or managing small teams preferred
Experience in global companies (6-10+ country scope) strongly preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of HRIS concepts, principles and best practices
Borderline perfectionist who is detail-oriented and organized
Service oriented mindset - Proven experience managing a ticketing or request queue
Ability to think globally while balancing local requirements
Agility to operate in a structured manner while recognizing when flexibility is required
