About the role
- Own the strategy and execution of global People Systems
- Assess systems against business needs, leading system implementations and enhancements
- Empower team to streamline complex global workflows
- Collaborate with People Team and cross-functional stakeholders for improvements
- Manage the deployment of new HRIS and ensure optimal function of existing systems
Requirements
- 6-8 years’ experience within HRIS, cloud-based application (i.e. Workday) experience required
- Prior experience leading or managing small teams preferred
- Experience in global companies (6-10+ country scope) strongly preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of HRIS concepts, principles and best practices
- Borderline perfectionist who is detail-oriented and organized
- Service oriented mindset - Proven experience managing a ticketing or request queue
- Ability to think globally while balancing local requirements
- Agility to operate in a structured manner while recognizing when flexibility is required
