About the role
- I am keen to speak with Paralegals about joining a legal technology firm working closely with an investment banking client based in Central London. This will be an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of being extended upon completion.
- This role will offer a hybrid style of working with 3 days in the office.
- Utilise legal knowledge to support codification of complex agreements, such as ISDA (International Swaps and Derivatives Association) and GMRA (Global Master Repurchase Agreement).
- Manage the client journey from client inception, project delivery, BAU, ensuring clear communication and a seamless, high level experience.
- Work as part of a team providing direction and support where necessary.
- Collaborate with clients to capture and address their specific requirements during implementation.
Requirements
- A passion for working in market-leading legal technology firm.
- 1-2 years' experience as a Paralegal in documentation review.
- Experience in Legal Operations, Legal Onboarding, Contract Negotiation is vital.
- Legal contract exposure - ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA etc.
- A degree in Law is desired.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
