About the role

  • Define and execute pricing strategy with senior leadership to drive growth, profitability, and long-term value
  • Own end-to-end pricing for products and initiatives, from design to launch, monitoring, and optimisation
  • Lead pricing decisions for new propositions, market entries, and major commercial changes
  • Develop scalable pricing frameworks, methodologies, and performance metrics
  • Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with product, underwriting, finance, data, sales, and operations to embed pricing into business processes
  • Drive pricing innovation, challenge existing approaches, and raise organisational pricing maturity
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering best practice and a high-performance culture

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in pricing or revenue strategy, with a track record of complex decision-making
  • Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong commercial judgment to balance growth, profitability, risk, and customer value
  • Data-driven, with experience using models and metrics to guide pricing decisions
  • Clear communicator, able to simplify complex insights for executives and teams
  • Experienced in building or improving pricing frameworks and governance
  • Proven people leader, developing teams and driving high performance
