About the role
- Lead and develop a team within Prime Margin / Collateral Management
- Oversee daily margining, collateral movements, exposure monitoring and dispute resolution
- Act as a senior point of contact for the business, risk and front office
- Face off directly to internal and external auditors in a highly controlled environment
- Ensure robust governance, controls and regulatory adherence
- Drive process improvement and operational resilience across the function
Requirements
- Strong experience in Collateral Management / Margining, ideally within Prime Brokerage or Prime Services
- Proven people management capability
- Experience operating in an audit-facing, regulated environment
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
- Background within an investment bank or complex financial institution
