Financial Planning and Analysis

• As VP Finance, report to the G&H CFO while supporting the Executive VP of the Optical Systems Division
• Lead the financial planning cycle across 8 international sites, ensuring budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans are aligned and executed
• Act as a trusted finance business partner to the Division EVP, advising on the financial impact of strategic decisions
• Prepare business cases and analyze product line profitability to support growth initiatives
• Manage working capital and inventory levels to optimize cash flow across sites in the UK and US
• Oversee financial reporting, audit preparation, tax submissions, and compliance with internal controls
• Provide leadership and development to site financial controllers ensuring consistent application of finance policies across the division
• Collaborate with Group Finance on audits, improvement initiatives, and acquisition assessments, including financial due diligence
• Promote G&H’s core values of Customer Focus, Integrity, Action, Unity and Precision, while maintaining a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement

Vice President, Finance – Optical Systems

Sales

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers within assigned accounts and territory
• Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with division growth objectives
• Identify, qualify, and drive new business opportunities through the full sales lifecycle
• Provide technical sales support, including presentations, RFQ responses, and solution positioning
• Translate customer application requirements into technical specifications and commercial proposals
• Drive opportunities through G&H’s internal stage-gate process to successful closure
• Partner with product management and engineering teams to align on market needs, pricing, and product positioning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, track opportunities, and provide accurate forecasting
• Represent G&H at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences
• Support post-sales engagement to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account growth
