Help define and execute the long-term manufacturing strategy to improve safety, capacity, reliability, and cost performance
Lead the implementation of process optimization and capacity increase initiatives for existing and future production areas
Develop manufacturing & assembly processes that yield products compliant to internal, customer, and industry requirements
Lead the planning & execution of continuous improvement projects to increase productivity & reduce manufacturing costs
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve consistency, quality, and throughput

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering
Experience working in a hand assembly environment is essential
Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD 3D, or CATIA
Hands-on experience applying theoretical knowledge in real-world settings is critical
Direct experience with Surface Mount Technology manufacturing or working knowledge with capability and willingness to develop into subject matter expertise is desirable
