• Responsible for driving new fabricated metal industry business growth and expanding existing customer relationships within an assigned geographic territory
• Own and grow a defined geographic territory through regular in-person customer visits and regional travel
• Identify and pursue new contract manufacturing opportunities aligned with company capabilities
• Develop strategic account plans focused on long-term growth rather than transactional quoting
• Execute a structured monthly outbound cadence tied to new machinery and equipment, new manufacturing processes, expanded or available machine capacity
• Proactively promote underutilized equipment and emerging capabilities
• Partner with Operations and Customer Support to ensure smooth internal communication and follow-through
• Gather and share competitive insights, customer feedback, and market trends.
