Manager

• Lead internal BIM Kick off with project teams: setup of Revit Files, other models.
• Setup and manage BIM Analytic & BIM content management tools.
• Management of cloud-based collaboration tools including BIM 360/ ACC.
• Navisworks setup and coordination.
• Develop & communicate BIM standards & BIM strategies to project teams.
• Assist in the development of firm-specific workflows & documentation.
• Develop and support workflows in a range of design technologies including visualization/ VR, computation and analysis, and data integration.

BIM Manager

Accountant

• Prepare and issue monthly invoices for all projects, including complex agency projects
• Manage billing requirements for complex contracts, including progress billing, retainage, and change orders
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition for each project in accordance with company policies and accounting standards
• Track and allocate project costs, including labor and subconsultant fees
• Record all cash receipts and notify relevant staff when project-related payments are received
• Manage accounts receivable, track client payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and follow up on overdue payments
• Set up new projects ensuring all necessary financial details are accurately entered and aligned with contract terms
• Maintain and monitor project budgets throughout the project lifecycle
• Review and process subconsultant invoices and ensure timely processing and payment
• Maintain relationships with consultants
• Prepare monthly financial reports for Project Managers and Senior Management.
• Prepare all necessary Deltek reports as requested.

Project Accountant

Architect

• Work with and support senior architects on the development of projects.
• Prepare client presentation materials, design development documentation, construction documentation, contract administration and Authority submissions under guidance from senior architects.
• Must have ability to assist with all phases of a project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
• Assemble construction drawing sets in REVIT, including: site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details, etc.
• Attend team meetings as necessary to coordinate drawings, and provide information as required.
• Work with current design techniques, building systems, and keeps current with design trends, code changes, and developments to sustain and improve technical and design skills.
• Coordinate plans and specifications with project consultants.
• Ensure outputs meet the required quality expectations and agreed upon deadlines.

• Act as a shared design leader across FXCollaborative and Lemay_id, aligning design vision, quality, and delivery across all sectors
• Bridge residential, workplace and hospitality design thinking, translating insights from each sector into differentiated, best-in-class experiences
• Collaborate with leadership from both firms to define joint growth strategy, market positioning, and client targeting
• Champion a hospitality-driven approach to workplace and residential design and vice versa, elevating user experience, brand expression, and spatial storytelling
• Lead projects that span workplace, hospitality, residential and hybrid typologies
• Integrate hospitality principles—guest experience, storytelling, brand immersion—into interior design strategies
• Ensure concept rigor extends to highly experiential environments
• Originate, secure, and lead new client opportunities across
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities for continuous collaborations and growth
• Partner with senior leadership to develop market strategies
• Lead high-impact pitches, interviews, and thought leadership initiatives that position the practice competitively
