- Lead strategic growth projects
- Develop and manage comprehensive business strategies for clients
- Facilitate C-suite level workshops for product launching and innovation strategy
- Communicate strategic plans through compelling presentations
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovation into planning

- Guide clients through strategic processes

- Mentor and support team members
Requirements
- 10+ years of agency or consulting-based experience
- At least five years leading strategic growth and business consulting
- Experience in Health, BioTech, and/or B2B
- Strong communication skills across all mediums
- Ability to develop and grow client relationships
- Experience facilitating and presenting to senior leadership clients
- Passion for growth and expanding skillsets
- Ability to work under pressure
