About the role

  • Lead and oversee corporate business service functions, including administrative support and ancillary services
  • Manage business resilience and shared services to ensure operational continuity and efficiency
  • Direct project management efforts, working with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying and mitigating risks to project delivery
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members
  • Serve as point of contact for escalated project issues and provide timely resolutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10-12 years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related role
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to effectively direct and guide cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
  • Requires conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and implications
  • Demonstrable strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Sound decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and the capacity to identify and prioritize key initiatives
  • Proficient in budget management, resource allocation, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of business resilience principles and practices, including risk management and continuity planning
