About the role
- Lead and oversee corporate business service functions, including administrative support and ancillary services
- Manage business resilience and shared services to ensure operational continuity and efficiency
- Direct project management efforts, working with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success criteria
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying and mitigating risks to project delivery
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members
- Serve as point of contact for escalated project issues and provide timely resolutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10-12 years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related role
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to effectively direct and guide cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
- Requires conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and implications
- Demonstrable strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Sound decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and the capacity to identify and prioritize key initiatives
- Proficient in budget management, resource allocation, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of business resilience principles and practices, including risk management and continuity planning
