About the role

  • You are responsible for sales and the sustainable business success of Fuxam’s software solutions in Germany.
  • You independently identify prospective new customers, analyze their needs, and position tailored SaaS solutions.
  • You build strong relationships with universities, vocational schools, academies, language schools, and partners — in person, by phone, and in writing.
  • You represent Fuxam at events and trade shows and deliver professional, persuasive product presentations.
  • You manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing, including proposal preparation and negotiation.
  • You strategically develop existing customers together with Customer Success and identify upselling, add-on, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • You maintain and structure all relevant customer and sales data in the CRM system (HubSpot).

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification (alternatively: relevant experience in the education sector)
  • Professional experience in sales, ideally in a B2B/B2G enterprise SaaS environment
  • An existing network in EdTech or the education sector is a strong advantage
  • Strong presentation and communication skills and a confident presence at the decision-maker level
  • Strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills with demonstrable sales achievements
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales management
  • High self-motivation, a hands-on mentality, and enjoyment in taking responsibility for your own region
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
