About the role

  • Design, develop, and implement innovative AI solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI
  • Explore and experiment with the latest advancements in Generative AI, including autonomous agents, systematic AI evaluation, advanced RAG architectures, and multimodal UX
  • Lead the technical direction and delivery for AI projects, collaborating with AI engineers, data engineers, and developers
  • Develop reusable assets and tools to support scalable client delivery
  • Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and other technical experts
  • Stay up to date with trends and advancements in AI and proactively identify innovation opportunities
  • Contribute to client proposals, discussions, and presentations
  • Take initiative and drive projects forward to deliver great client outcomes

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in data science, machine learning, and AI
  • Strong programming skills, for example in Python.
  • Experience evaluating and optimizing Generative AI applications
  • Genuine passion for Generative AI and real-world applications
  • Experience with frameworks and technologies used to build Generative AI solutions
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Proven ability to deliver results and make things happen
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Good communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ideally, you also have
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Full-stack capabilities
  • Experience with retrieval systems, especially RAG
  • Familiarity with data engineering
  • Consulting experience or strong interest in business problem-solving with AI
  • Experience in any of the following is a plus: Docker, CI/CD, Haystack, Open WebUI, FastAPI, JavaScript
