About the role

  • Design agent behaviours, reasoning flows, interaction patterns, delegation rules, and tool-use strategies
  • Develop orchestration logic for multi-step, multi-agent, and tool-augmented workflows
  • Create and refine prompts, system instructions, behavioural frameworks, validation rules, and safety guidelines
  • Build lightweight prototypes and POCs to validate agent logic and orchestration patterns
  • Run structured evaluations (reasoning consistency, tool-use correctness, stability)
  • Identify hallucinations, edge cases, and failure patterns; propose improvements
  • Collaborate with engineers to validate feasibility and maintainability
  • Work with architects, engineers, and business teams

Requirements

  • Strong experience with AI agents, orchestration flows, and multi-step reasoning
  • Hands-on prototyping experience (Python, Node.js, notebooks, sandbox tools)
  • Familiarity with frameworks (Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, etc.)
  • Solid prompt engineering expertise
  • Understanding of RAG/CAG and vector search
  • Experience with testing, evaluation, and result interpretation
  • Knowledge of AI security, privacy, and risk considerations
  • Optional: Azure AI services experience
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills
  • Curiosity and comfort with exploratory work
