About the role
- Own the operations of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage all administrative tasks related to new hires, including building out onboarding roadmaps, system setup, and tracking completion of tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation across HR systems
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, life event changes, and employee questions, while managing our relationship with our benefits broker
- Track and report on key people metrics such as headcount, hiring activity, attrition, and other workforce insights
- Identify opportunities to improve People Operations processes and implement system improvements or automations
- Support HR compliance by maintaining required documentation and assisting with audits or reporting needs
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee questions related to HR processes, policies, and benefits
- Contribute to special projects and operational improvements across the People function
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, particularly when handling confidential or sensitive information
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when supporting employees
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep processes moving in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with HR systems, spreadsheets, and people data
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-growing environment where priorities evolve quickly
- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
