Financial Planning and Analysis

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations including Accounts Payable, expenses, credit cards, and cash management
• Ensure accurate and timely supplier payments while maintaining strong controls and compliance
• Manage and support our external Bookkeeper, including work prioritisation and quality oversight
• Review, optimise, and standardise AP and finance operations processes across the Group
• Own and administer core finance systems, acting as the go-to contact for access, setup, and support
• Identify opportunities for automation and lead the implementation of new finance tools and workflows
• Partner closely with FP&A to ensure transactions are coded correctly and support quality reporting
• Work with Financial Accounting to implement policy changes and ensure adherence to finance standards
• Support month-end activities, ad-hoc reporting, and other finance initiatives as required
