About the role
- You are the architect of our sales motion.
- Orchestrate Complex Deals: You will navigate multi-threaded sales cycles involving C-Level executives, Asset Managers, and Technical teams.
- Define the "Hunt": You will identify high-potential accounts in Wind, Solar, and Maritime, and execute creative outbound campaigns to break into them.
- Translate Deeptech to Business Value: You will work closely with our Solution Engineers and the Commercial team to turn complex AI/ML capabilities into clear ROI business cases.
- Build the Playbook: As the AE lead, you are writing the manual for the future team.
- Be the "Eyes and Ears": You are the closest link to the market.
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS sales experience
- A track record of closing deals in Renewable Energy or Maritime is an advantage
- Hunter Mentality: You build your leads portfolio; you don't wait for it.
- Tech Affinity: You are comfortable with modern GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Intelligence platforms, AI tools)
- Communication: Advanced business English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
