About the role

  • You will work directly with our Chief of Staff to manage operational and strategic matters for the COO.
  • You will build processes, solve complex grid connection challenges, and take on your own areas of responsibility early on.
  • Your initial tasks will include analyzing, optimizing, and thoroughly documenting our core processes.
  • You will develop new workflows and scalable structures and implement them together with the team.
  • By introducing digital tools you will drive the automation of operational workflows.
  • For our grid connection projects you will take on preparatory tasks — from route planning to liaising with authorities.
  • You will support project development activities, prepare and process data, and help where operational support matters most.
  • As a sparring partner for our Chief of Staff you will execute your own “special projects” and take on responsibility early.
  • You will support cross-functional organizational, analytical, and operational topics and actively contribute new ideas.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on mentality: strong work ethic, reliability, high intrinsic drive, and willingness to take on responsibility quickly.
  • Technical understanding; initial experience in energy/engineering and/or experience with startups is a plus.
  • Native German speaker.
  • Availability for at least 3 months; start as soon as possible.
