About the role
- You will work directly with our Chief of Staff to handle operational and strategic matters for the COO
- You will build processes, solve complex challenges related to grid connection, and take on your own areas of responsibility early on
- Your initial tasks include analysing, optimising and clearly documenting our core processes
- You will develop new workflows and scalable structures and implement them together with the team
- By introducing digital tools, you will drive automation of operational workflows
- You will take on preparatory tasks for our grid connection projects — from route planning to communication with authorities
- You will contribute to project development, prepare data and support where operational work really matters
- As a sparring partner you will run your own “special projects” and take on responsibility early
- You will support cross-team organisational, analytical and operational topics and actively contribute new ideas
Requirements
- Currently studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Hands-on mentality: strong work ethic, reliability, self-motivation and willingness to take on responsibility quickly
- Technical understanding; initial exposure to energy/engineering and/or startup experience is a plus
- Native-level German
- Availability for at least 3 months; start as soon as possible
