• Own deals from qualified opportunity through to paid subscription and first value
• Increase demo-to-signup conversion by running structured sales cycles
• Conduct discovery, lead demos, and translate customer needs into clear value propositions and a recommended plan
• Drive the deal process end-to-end: identify stakeholders, set timelines, define next steps, and secure commitments
• Build concise ROI and budget narratives to help prospects obtain internal approval
• Advise customers on packaging and subscription choices and remove friction from the signup process
• Coordinate onboarding handover and ensure fast activation (first campaign, first insight, first win)
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in the CRM
• Provide structured market feedback to Product to help improve pricing, packaging, and sales assets
