About the role

  • Shape and lead the analytic approach and client delivery of insights
  • Oversee reporting, dashboards, and data management
  • Partner closely with client executives and internal teams
  • Act as a hands-on advisor and analytics lead within account teams
  • Identify and apply AI and automation opportunities within analytics workflows
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the analytics team

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing analytics teams
  • Deep understanding of the media and marketing ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence and analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of data automation and data modeling
  • Demonstrated experience in AI and machine learning solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
