Shape and lead the analytic approach, planning and client delivery of insights across client engagements
Oversee reporting and dashboards, data management and quality, advanced measurement approaches, and performance optimization
Partner closely with client executives, media planning and activation, strategy, technology, and data science teams
Remain actively engaged in the work—providing direct oversight, guidance, and, where needed, hands-on contribution to complex analyses and executive-ready deliverables
Strengthen and mature the organization’s application of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve speed, scale, and impact

Requirements

8+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, preferably within marketing services, media, or digital organizations
3+ years of experience leading and developing analytics teams
Deep understanding of the media and marketing ecosystem, including measurement, attribution, and optimization approaches
Hands-on experience with business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, or similar)
Working knowledge of data automation, data modeling, and analytics infrastructure
Demonstrated experience applying or partnering on AI- and machine learning–driven analytics solutions
Strong analytical judgment—able to assess data quality, understand methodological trade-offs, and move from insight to action
Executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering executive-level narratives
