- Support and drive implementation projects successfully
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Lead project phases from planning to deployment
Requirements
- Proven experience in working with the Oracle Property Manager module specifically for IFRS-16 Compliance
- Participation in at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations involving the PN Module in compliance to IFRS-16 Standards
- Knowledge of Lease Accounting in terms of IAS 17 and IFRS 16 Standards
- Strong knowledge on RICE Components
- Strong experience with SQL & PLSQL for customization and development is a must
- Good Knowledge in XML Reports is an added advantage
- In-depth knowledge and experience in configuring and customizing Sub Ledger Accounting (SLA) to meet business needs
- Familiarity in integrating Oracle Property Manager with other Oracle Financials modules (AP&GL) and handling complex configurations
- Experience in creating and managing OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports is preferable.
