Requirements

  • Proven experience in working with the Oracle Property Manager module specifically for IFRS-16 Compliance
  • Participation in at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations involving the PN Module in compliance to IFRS-16 Standards
  • Knowledge of Lease Accounting in terms of IAS 17 and IFRS 16 Standards
  • Strong knowledge on RICE Components
  • Strong experience with SQL & PLSQL for customization and development is a must
  • Good Knowledge in XML Reports is an added advantage
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in configuring and customizing Sub Ledger Accounting (SLA) to meet business needs
  • Familiarity in integrating Oracle Property Manager with other Oracle Financials modules (AP&GL) and handling complex configurations
  • Experience in creating and managing OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports is preferable.
