About the role
- Manage Canvas learning management system including course setup, user administration, and content delivery
- Coordinate curriculum scheduling and implementation across multiple cohorts and research topics
- Oversee systems management for Box file sharing and Slack communication platforms
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all operational activities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for teams and Anchor entities
- Coordinate curriculum customization and content preparation for each cohort
- Support live session implementation including virtual session management and breakout coordination
- Manage team deliverables tracking and feedback coordination
- Oversee user audits and access management across all program systems
- Coordinate with coaching teams for curriculum integration and support
- Ensure all operational activities meet federal compliance and accessibility requirements
- Support program scaling activities and Anchor entity integration
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Operations Management, or related field and 7+ years of related experience
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex operational assignments requiring originality and innovation
- Ability to apply comprehensive knowledge across curriculum development and systems management
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple operational assignments
- Applied experience with learning management systems and educational technology platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage curriculum implementation in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience with systems administration and user management
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and Section 508 compliance
- Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders including researchers, coaches, and federal staff
- Ability to work independently and lead operational initiatives
- Candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
