Account Executive

• Own and consistently exceed an annual ARR quota of £450k–£600k
• Close average contract value deals ranging from £45k to £150k
• Lead the complete consultative sales cycle from targeted prospecting and discovery through solution design, commercial negotiation, and closing
• Drive multi-threaded sales cycles with CPO, CLO, L&D, Operations, HR, and Procurement decision-makers
• Craft story-driven solution demos and ROI business cases tailored to strategic client priorities
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and leadership
• Convert inbound leads and proactively drive outbound pipeline growth across the assigned territory
• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, sales forecasting, and deal stage progression in HubSpot
• Monitor learning technology trends, corporate L&D shifts, and competitor developments
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimise deal velocity and ensure seamless customer onboarding
