About the role

  • Coordination of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Creation of presentations, reports, and statistics
  • Monitoring deadlines, reminders/follow-ups, and to-do lists
  • Review and processing of travel expenses in accordance with applicable policies
  • General office organization and administrative tasks
  • Processing incoming mail and distributing it to the appropriate departments

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with assistant or office qualification
  • 5 years of professional experience in administration or office management is desirable
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Office
