- Reception and support of customers
- Assistant duties for the Managing Director
- General office organization (processing sick notes and vacation requests, handling incoming invoices including verification, acting as liaison with the back office in Stuttgart, appointment management, etc.)
Requirements
- Ideally completed commercial vocational training
- 3–5 years of professional experience
- Good IT skills (proficient in MS Office and common office software)
- Professional, confident and friendly demeanor
- Strong communication skills and a pronounced service orientation
- Enjoyment in working with customers/clients
