About the role
- Technical support and maintenance for approximately 30 sites
- Support with fault remediation, maintenance, testing and repairs of various building services systems
- Monitoring and review of delivered services with respect to quality, cost and adherence to deadlines
- Management and supervision of subcontractors
- Supervision, acceptance and billing of maintenance, renovation and expansion measures
- Technical planning and implementation of special services (repairs, renewals, etc.)
- Defect handling and warranty management within the scope of responsibility
- Participation in the continuous improvement of our Facility Management division
Requirements
- Completed degree (Civil Engineering, Building Services / Building Technology, Facility Management) and/or technical vocational training in electrical engineering, air conditioning, heating, ventilation or sanitary engineering with a technician/master qualification
- Extensive professional experience in a comparable position
- Strong service orientation
- Good knowledge of DGUV, DIN, VdS and GEFMA standards
- Good knowledge of building regulations (LBO), VOB and HOAI, and ideally experience with administrative processes
- Confident and persuasive manner when dealing with different stakeholders
- Experience in project management, with planning and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of CAFM software and CAD is desirable
- High quality standards, team spirit and an independent working style
- Willingness to travel and possession of a Class B driving license
