About the role
- Responsible for consistently developing new customers and market segments for professional, customized system solutions in security technology
- Proactive acquisition of new customers and handling of tenders
- Advising customers in the development of concepts and solutions in the areas of PSIM, video, access control (Zuko), intrusion alarm systems (EMA), perimeter protection and security IT networks
- Presenting and explaining our service portfolio at customer meetings, trade shows and exhibitions
- Preparing proposal documentation and presentations
- Tracking enquiries and proposals as well as drafting and processing contracts (VOB/VOL)
- Contributing to project planning, translating requirements into technical solutions, commissioning and acceptance
Requirements
- Technical or commercial training or degree
- Strong enthusiasm for working with customers
- Experience in technical systems or solution sales in security technology or IT infrastructure
- Strong communication skills
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style and a proactive mindset
- Technical knowledge of network engineering and security systems
- Negotiation skills, team player mentality and a professional, customer-friendly manner
- Driver's license and willingness to travel
- Confident user of MS Office
- Business-fluent German
