About the role

  • Responsible for consistently developing new customers and market segments for professional, customized system solutions in security technology
  • Proactive acquisition of new customers and handling of tenders
  • Advising customers in the development of concepts and solutions in the areas of PSIM, video, access control (Zuko), intrusion alarm systems (EMA), perimeter protection and security IT networks
  • Presenting and explaining our service portfolio at customer meetings, trade shows and exhibitions
  • Preparing proposal documentation and presentations
  • Tracking enquiries and proposals as well as drafting and processing contracts (VOB/VOL)
  • Contributing to project planning, translating requirements into technical solutions, commissioning and acceptance

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial training or degree
  • Strong enthusiasm for working with customers
  • Experience in technical systems or solution sales in security technology or IT infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style and a proactive mindset
  • Technical knowledge of network engineering and security systems
  • Negotiation skills, team player mentality and a professional, customer-friendly manner
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Business-fluent German
