About the role
- Comprehensive support for our employees and point of contact for all HR-related matters
- Support with payroll processing in collaboration with our external service provider
- Independent handling of all operational HR processes, from contract creation to issuance of employment references
- Administration and maintenance of time management systems (e.g., recording, monitoring and analyzing working hours, absences and sick leave)
- Active involvement in recruiting and onboarding
- Development and optimization of HR processes and policies
- Support and implementation of employee development initiatives
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training with HR qualification or a degree focusing on Human Resources
- Experience in HR and solid knowledge of employment law
- Proficient in MS Office
- Business-fluent German language skills
- Passion for HR work and enjoyment in working with people
- Team player with strong communication skills and organizational talent
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working
