About the role
- You are responsible for actively developing new customers and market segments for professional, tailor-made security system solutions and for managing selected existing customers.
- Proactive acquisition of new customers and handling of tenders
- Advising customers in the development of concepts and solutions
- Presenting and explaining our service portfolio at customer meetings, trade fairs and exhibitions
- Preparing proposals and presentations
- Tracking inquiries and offers as well as drafting and handling contracts (VOB/VOL)
- Participating in project planning, translating requirements into technical solutions, commissioning and acceptance
- You are actively involved in the entire sales process and work closely with specialist departments and business partners
Requirements
- Technical or commercial vocational training or degree
- Strong enthusiasm for customer-facing work
- Experience in technical solution or systems sales within security technology or IT infrastructure
- Strong communication skills
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style and a proactive attitude
- Technical knowledge of network technology and security systems
- Negotiation skills, team player mentality and a professional, customer-friendly manner
- Driver’s license (car) and willingness to travel
- Confident user of MS Office
- Business-fluent German
