About the role

  • Provide First- and Second-level IT support
  • Administer the IT infrastructure

Requirements

  • Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in First- and Second-level support
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
  • Experience coordinating and communicating with external and internal departments
  • Knowledge of administering and maintaining line-of-business applications
  • Understanding of business processes and the requirements of business units
  • Good communication skills
  • Team-oriented and able to work independently
  • Very good German and good English skills
