About the role
- You are responsible for consistently acquiring new customers and developing new market segments for professional, tailor-made security system solutions and will manage selected existing customers.
- Proactive acquisition of new customers and handling of tenders (RFPs)
- Advising customers in the development of concepts and solutions
- Presenting and explaining our service and product portfolio at customer meetings, trade fairs and exhibitions
- Preparing quotation documents and presentations
- Tracking enquiries and proposals, and drafting and processing contracts (VOB/VOL)
- Participating in project planning, implementation into technical solutions, commissioning and acceptance
Requirements
- Technical or commercial vocational training or degree
- Strong enthusiasm for customer-facing work
- Experience in technical solution or systems sales in security technology or IT infrastructure
- Strong communication skills
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style with drive to shape projects
- Technical knowledge of network technologies and security systems
- Negotiation skills, team orientation and a reliable, customer-friendly manner
- Valid driving licence (car) and willingness to travel
- Confident user of MS Office
- Business-fluent German language skills
