About the role

  • You are responsible for consistently acquiring new customers and developing new market segments for professional, tailor-made security system solutions and will manage selected existing customers.
  • Proactive acquisition of new customers and handling of tenders (RFPs)
  • Advising customers in the development of concepts and solutions
  • Presenting and explaining our service and product portfolio at customer meetings, trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Preparing quotation documents and presentations
  • Tracking enquiries and proposals, and drafting and processing contracts (VOB/VOL)
  • Participating in project planning, implementation into technical solutions, commissioning and acceptance

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial vocational training or degree
  • Strong enthusiasm for customer-facing work
  • Experience in technical solution or systems sales in security technology or IT infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured and results-oriented working style with drive to shape projects
  • Technical knowledge of network technologies and security systems
  • Negotiation skills, team orientation and a reliable, customer-friendly manner
  • Valid driving licence (car) and willingness to travel
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Business-fluent German language skills
