• Provide frontline support to municipal customers using Utility Billing features within our software via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot utility billing–related issues including customer accounts, meter reads, usage calculations, billing cycles, rate structures, adjustments, credits, fees, and payment application.
• Assist customers with common utility workflows such as move-ins/move-outs, final bills, delinquency processing, shutoffs, and service reconnections.
• Educate users on product functionality, billing best practices, and system updates related to utility operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and QA teams to escalate and track complex billing issues and enhancement requests.
• Maintain detailed case documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support training materials.
• Assist with onboarding and user training for new customers focused on Utility Billing setup and workflows.
• Stay current on public-sector utility billing practices, compliance considerations, and customer service standards.
• Identify recurring support trends and provide insights that help improve product functionality and customer experience.

Customer Support Specialist – Utility Billing, Public Sector SaaS

Systems Engineer

• Partner with Implementation Project Managers and Product teams to support requirements discovery, solution design, and successful rollout of new customers and new product features.
• Translate customer business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in configuration, UAT planning and execution, and validation of new product capabilities.
• Assist customer-facing teams in troubleshooting and resolving implementation-related issues.
• Engage with Product Management to gather, prioritize, and refine enhancement requests based on customer impact and business value.
• Break down complex platform functionality into actionable requirements enabling Engineering development.
• Partner with QA to support test case development and acceptance validation for enhancements and defect resolution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Customer Success and Support teams, helping them understand and troubleshoot functionality for our city/municipality customers.

• Own Revenue Growth in Region
• Own and execute a regional sales plan to consistently achieve and exceed bookings targets across a defined territory.
• Take full accountability for pipeline generation, deal progression, and closed revenue - not just activity.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound emailing, cold-calling, in-person visits, networking, trade shows, referrals, and inbound leads.
• Navigate local-government buying processes involving administrators, finance teams, department heads, and elected officials.
• Manage the entire sales process end-to-end: discovery, qualification, demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
• Lead product presentations and demos that clearly articulate FUNDVIEW's value to non-technical, public-sector audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine sales messaging, collateral, and proposals based on real-world buyer feedback.
