Account Executive

• Drive net-new revenue across a named list of strategic accounts by building financial business cases that align directly with each prospect's strategic goals and revenue outcomes.
• Orchestrate the full sales lifecycle using rigorous qualification frameworks to assess deal health and forecast with accuracy.
• Proactively shape requirements with key stakeholders to position Fundraise Up to win before an RFP is ever issued and know when to walk away.
• Act as the "Captain" of the internal account team, leveraging Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, and Executive leadership to move deals forward with purpose.
• Lead onsite discovery workshops and executive briefings that go beyond feature demos into true solution visioning.
• Multi-thread across buying committees, building relationships with Economic Buyers, Technical Validators, and Champions at the VP and C-suite level.
• Partner deeply with Marketing to execute Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for penetrating and expanding target accounts.
• Consistently achieve ARR targets while maintaining high data integrity in CRM.

Strategic Account Executive

AI Engineer

• Define precise technical requirements for scalable agent architecture, including necessary reasoning frameworks, risk management systems, and knowledge retrieval interfaces required for complex decision-making.
• Serve as the hands-on technical lead capable of building, testing, and deploying both interim (e.g., RAG-based systems) and highly complex agentic AI solutions.
• Work alongside strategy leads to ensure that the technical prerequisites for achieving fully autonomous agentic operations are met on the twelve-month roadmap.
• Oversee the technical integration and scaling of deployed AI agents within specific operational workflows (e.g., automating specific GTM tasks).
• Ensure seamless deployment with rigorous validation testing, monitoring agent performance, and iterating on technical builds to improve decision accuracy and reduce latency.
• Actively use AI in day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems, and grow fluency as tools evolve.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track key success metrics.
• Analyze customer and prospect behavior, product usage, and retention data to drive company strategy.

• Partner with account executives throughout the sales cycle as the primary presales resource, providing deep product expertise and solution guidance.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements, integration needs, and business objectives.
• Design and present tailored product demonstrations and tailored solutions that address specific client pain points and use cases.
• Respond to technical questions and objections, articulating complex concepts in clear, business-relevant language to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop solution architectures, data mapping, and integration plans with third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, PayPal, Zapier).
• Support RFP/RFI responses, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with standards such as PCI and GDPR.
• Gather and relay client feedback to Solution Architecture and Product teams, contributing to product enhancements and roadmap decisions.
• Stay current on fundraising technology trends, industry best practices, and competitor offerings.
• Provide technical enablement and training to the Sales team, sharing insights and best practices.

Senior Solutions Consultant

• Take part in building the roadmap. Understand who’s overloaded and who has more capacity, which team can take on tasks, and which one is better left untouched for the next month.
• Coordinate development. Know what is being worked on, who’s working on it, where the bottlenecks are, or what’s missing.
• Monitor alignment with the plan, people’s performance, and commitments. Spot recurring process issues and improve them.
• Communicate with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues. Answer questions about when something will be ready or what’s blocking progress. Help remove those blockers.

Payroll

• Own end-to-end payroll delivery for all non-GTM employees globally, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across multiple jurisdictions, entities, and EOR partners
• Establish and manage a standardized payroll calendar, including clear cutoffs, review cycles, funding timelines, and disbursement schedules
• Partner with Revenue Operations to incorporate finalized GTM payroll inputs and execute payments within a unified, controlled framework
• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, tax requirements, and statutory obligations across all countries of operation, coordinating with external providers and advisors
• Manage relationships with EOR partners, including funding requests, reconciliations, issue resolution, and establishing a forward-looking funding cadence aligned with Finance and Treasury
• Administer equity programs end-to-end, including new grants, exercises, and terminations, while maintaining cap table accuracy and integrity
• Partner with Finance and Legal on equity-related processes, including 409A valuations and ensuring alignment with ASC 718 reporting requirements
• Design and implement a scalable payroll and equity controls framework, including independent review, general ledger reconciliation, variance analysis, and audit-ready documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to payroll and equity
• Act as a trusted internal partner, supporting employee questions on payroll and equity, and collaborating with People Ops on onboarding, offboarding, and compensation changes
