About the role

  • Architecting and designing bespoke integration architectures using API sequence diagrams and data-flow maps.
  • Leading technical deep-dives with prospect CTOs and lead developers to uncover complex system requirements.
  • Providing definitive proof of technical feasibility, removing integration-related friction from the sales cycle.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to Presale Solutions Consultants and Postsale Solutions Engineers.
  • Translating goals into actionable technical specifications and providing the exact JSON schemas, endpoint mappings, and logic flows required for developer execution.
  • Leading technical discussions with partners to ensure integration roadmaps remain aligned.
  • Proactively creating technical internal resources tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Integrations Architect, Full Stack Engineer or similar role specifically within the SaaS or Fintech sectors.
  • Expert-level understanding of REST API design, Webhook orchestration, and JavaScript API interactions.
  • Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Zapier, Tray.io, or Mulesoft.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical diagrams into clear and concise professional presentations for both executive stakeholders and engineering teams. Prior experience of working with Eastern European product and engineering teams is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach to technical documentation and project deadlines.
