About the role

  • **What you will do :**
  • - **Support Customer Engagement**: Assist the team in delivering best-in-class experiences by responding to customer inquiries via our omni-channel support systems. You will learn to engage with speed, empathy, and effectiveness.
  • - **Assist with Onboarding & Compliance**: Support the new customer onboarding process by helping to process applications and conducting initial KYC (Know Your Customer) verification checks under supervision.
  • - **Operational Support**: Handle day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the CX portfolio to ensure the department runs efficiently.
  • - **Data Compilation**: Assist in gathering feedback from chats & calls for the team to look into service improvements.
  • - Performance Tracking: Monitor and contribute to customer success metrics, learning how individual performance impacts company goals.
  • - **Culture & Values**: Demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and a commitment that aligns with our mission and company values.

Requirements

  • **What we are looking for:**
  • - Current student or recent graduate in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • - High attention to detail, especially regarding data entry and compliance checks.
  • - Empathy and a genuine desire to help people.
  • - Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools.
