General Counsel

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on legal, compliance and regulatory matters across the group and regulated companies.
• Lead legal aspects of investment rounds, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and other growth initiatives.
• Oversee corporate legal structuring and regulatory strategy for expansion into new geographies and product lines.
• Shape legal framework for product expansion into new markets and asset classes.
• Draft, negotiate and review complex commercial agreements, shareholder agreements and transactional documentation.
• Manage legal due diligence, deal negotiations, and post-transaction integration and project management.
• Develop and maintain group-wide legal governance and compliance framework (including compliance program and group/PFS/AIFM policies).
• Identify legal and compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies while supporting entrepreneurial approach.
• Oversee Compliance functions of regulated entities, including responsibility for Conducting Officer, RR, Compliance Officer and RC of the PFS, and manage relationships with external stakeholders and auditors.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Product Delivery and Product Development to embed legal considerations and deliver training and knowledge-sharing.
