About the role

  • Analyze and verify data to ensure all information is correct, preventing inconsistencies that could impact operations.
  • Collaborate on process improvements to optimize operations and ensure the quality of service provided.
  • Create/place purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring all request details are correct for delivery.
  • Track orders and update information in the CRM.
  • Receive and verify invoices issued by partners, entering amounts and other details into the CRM.
  • Ensure all proof-of-delivery documentation is provided in a timely manner for the client's financial closing.
  • Update data in the pre-closing control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
  • Knowledge of: operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
