About the role
- Analyze and verify data to ensure all information is correct, preventing inconsistencies that could impact operations.
- Collaborate on process improvements to optimize operations and ensure the quality of service provided.
- Create/place purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring all request details are correct for delivery.
- Track orders and update information in the CRM.
- Receive and verify invoices issued by partners, entering amounts and other details into the CRM.
- Ensure all proof-of-delivery documentation is provided in a timely manner for the client's financial closing.
- Update data in the pre-closing control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
- Knowledge of: operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
