About the role

  • Prospecting, selection, and credentialing of partners (clinics, laboratories, home care providers, and healthcare professionals).
  • Managing the partner network, ensuring quality, compliance, and strong relationships.
  • Monitoring partner performance and conducting audits of credentialed partners.
  • Providing partner support (Help Desk) and resolving requests related to appointment scheduling and procedure authorizations.
  • Managing payments and assisting clinics with regularization processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Hospital Management / Healthcare Management, Nursing, Physiotherapy, or other health-related fields (preferred).
  • Microsoft Office suite; intermediate Excel skills, including use of VLOOKUP for data analysis and cross-referencing.
  • CRM systems.
  • Negotiation (basic knowledge).
