About the role
- Lead the recruitment strategy for executive, experienced professionals and student hires
- Develop and implement proactive strategies to attract top talent across various channels
- Lead and innovate the campus recruitment strategy
- Ensure a consistent and exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Leverage and optimize recruitment technology tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process
- Collaborate with vendor partners to enhance talent acquisition efforts
- Create and deliver regular reports that provide insights into the progress of recruitment activities
- Conduct training sessions for hiring managers on effective interview techniques and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive talent attraction experience
- Proven success in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in an accounting or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment technology and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and vendor management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong and trusted relationships internally and externally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
