About the role

  • Lead the recruitment strategy for executive, experienced professionals and student hires
  • Develop and implement proactive strategies to attract top talent across various channels
  • Lead and innovate the campus recruitment strategy
  • Ensure a consistent and exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Leverage and optimize recruitment technology tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to enhance talent acquisition efforts
  • Create and deliver regular reports that provide insights into the progress of recruitment activities
  • Conduct training sessions for hiring managers on effective interview techniques and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive talent attraction experience
  • Proven success in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in an accounting or professional services environment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technology and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and vendor management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong and trusted relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
