About the role
- Manage and optimize processes relating to quality and productivity in coordination with the Head of Operations
- Serve as the interface between the client, logistics and customer service
- Monitor compliance with quality management processes
- Prepare analyses and other decision-making documentation
- Extensive controlling and reporting tasks
- Independently lead and execute projects
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, ideally with coursework or specialization in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Confident user of MS Excel
- Initial practical experience, including internships
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Outgoing and communicative personality
