About the role

  • Own day to day delivery across performance, analytics and marketing technology projects
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact during active engagements
  • Lead WIPs, maintain structured documentation and manage delivery cadence
  • Diagnose challenges and engage the appropriate internal specialists to resolve them
  • Translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable plans for clients
  • Shape forward looking updates and quarterly priorities aligned to client goals
  • Prepare client facing presentations and value based progress updates
  • You are confident responding in real time where possible, rather than acting purely as a conduit to others

Requirements

  • 5+ years in performance media, programmatic, analytics or related technical digital roles
  • Strong grasp of how platforms and data connect across the marketing technology environment
  • Capable of discussing delivery challenges with confidence, not just managing escalations.
  • Proven experience leading projects, WIPs and multi stakeholder workflows
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to articulate value, not just activity.
