About the role
- Own day to day delivery across performance, analytics and marketing technology projects
- Act as the primary technical point of contact during active engagements
- Lead WIPs, maintain structured documentation and manage delivery cadence
- Diagnose challenges and engage the appropriate internal specialists to resolve them
- Translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable plans for clients
- Shape forward looking updates and quarterly priorities aligned to client goals
- Prepare client facing presentations and value based progress updates
- You are confident responding in real time where possible, rather than acting purely as a conduit to others
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance media, programmatic, analytics or related technical digital roles
- Strong grasp of how platforms and data connect across the marketing technology environment
- Capable of discussing delivery challenges with confidence, not just managing escalations.
- Proven experience leading projects, WIPs and multi stakeholder workflows
- Commercially minded, with the ability to articulate value, not just activity.
