About the role
- Act as a primary technical resource for projects across Synapse various product lines
- Maintain existing written documentation, periodic review, and Intranet postings
- Responsible for documenting, planning, and implementing enterprise architectures
- Work with development to define new product features and enhancements/fixes to current product features
- Plan and deploy all Synapse MI software solutions in enterprise level environments
- Architect, Deploy and troubleshooting third party hardware and software infrastructure: VMWare, or other hypervisor, architecture solutions
- Lead and coordinate Security/Vulnerability Issues
- Mentor, train, and actively participate in knowledge transfer to peers
- Deliver consistently high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in Synapse PACS, Synapse EIS, Synapse Cardiovascular, Synapse VNA, Synapse Pathology, Synapse Mobility, and/or Synapse Analytics Products
- 10+ years in the deployment of third party hardware and software infrastructure and solutions VMWare, or other hypervisor, architecture solutions
- Expert level knowledge of clinical data transfer protocols and interfaces (DICOM, HL7, XML, etc.)
- Certifications are a must.
