• Ensure stable, secure and smooth IT operations in day-to-day business
• Support, configure and further develop central company applications (e.g. ServiceNow, D3, Kaba and other specialist applications)
• Configure, maintain and optimize system environments (Hyper-V, telephone system (PBX), software distribution, MS SQL)
• Plan, size, procure and implement new IT systems and applications
• Analyze and resolve incidents at 2nd-level (infrastructure & applications)
• Implement and maintain IT security, patching and backup concepts
• Maintain and enhance technical system and application documentation
• Act as a contact person for external service providers regarding application operations, changes and projects
• Participate in IT projects and be prepared to take part in on-call duties
